This a very popular Inn and Spa. Reservations are highly recommended. Ask for Suzy very helpful and resourceful (Inn Conncieg). My only disappointment was the linen in the spa. Any torn or falling apart towels face clothes bath mats should not be put out guest. People pay alot to go away and come from all over the globe.

Overpriced and overrated. The room had very few outlets for charging electronics. The one outlet behind the bed had an older style outlet that kept falling out. We attended a function, and had to go looking for the location as there was no central board with information. Apparently at one event, there was a food shortage which upset attendees. We were a captive audience in that the organizers chose the location, and it wad my husband's reunion. The most accommodating employee was the bellboy, William. He was pleasant and helpful. The staff at the restaurant, Charlie Bs was very friendly and efficient. I would not choose to stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff the only real plus at this hotel. Spa the only clean part of the hotel. Pools and hot tub are run down as are carpet and furniture in common areas of hotel. Our room was not vacuumed, hair found in bathroom, bed was never made properly. Windows and mirrors throughout the hotel were full of fingerprints. Food at Charlie B's was fine, however, restaurant was dirty. We will not stay here again.

The spa was excellent. The massages we got were great and the facilities seemed very nice. The rooms were very dated though with peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and a plug pulling out of the wall. The restaurant was not good either. We ate there for four meals as part of our package. The tables were always sticky and the food seemed poorly prepared and dated, such as a lobster roll that was nothing but mayo and a poached eggs that had solid yolks. I might visit the spa again, but not stay at the hotel.

Absolutely loved this place!!! We had reservations for the Innsbruck Inn but they lied about being wheelchair accessible. Stoweflake had an empty wheelchair accessible room available so that's where we ended up. Beautiful place, gorgeous accommodations. Super friendly staff. We can't wait to go back!
