I paid an uber to get there knowing that they said they close at 5:00 pm but the last wash was at 3:00 pm. Yet the hours state 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. I'm furious because I work really hard and I don't make that much to be paying for rides twice when it could have been only been once.
Just okay... Not thrilled about the payment process.
Very clean facility. New washers and dryers. The lady that mans the desk is really sweet, and always helpful. The two things I don't like about this laundromat are the cost, and the electronic cards. Call me old fashioned, but I would rather use actual currency. I will be back though because of how clean it is here.
Excellent and helpful service from the on site attendant. Clean facility, bathroom and wifi too!
I have been back over the course of several weeks and every time I am there it seems fewer and fewer dryers are even functioning. Today I was told only 4 dryers were working and I would have to wait.
Distasteful customer service for my first visit there ,how would I be aware that the staff needs two hours to close ?They need to specify their hours better .
The first time I went here, I was washing brand new sheets. During the dry cycle, the inside of the dryer busted open and spilled insulation all over my new sheets. Thankfully the gal working there rewashed my sheets for free, but it still didn't get all the insulation out of the sheets.
You would think with the high prices of this place the owner would be able to fix the dryers. I am taking my business to Waterbury.
